How can we fix my TFC Red Box Buffering or Freezing?  


If you are a customer who is experiencing a buffering freezing issue in your red TFC box, we now have a fix to resolve the issue.  Please follow the steps below:

1. All red box will automatically sense that there is a new software available.  The steps is pretty simple, the next time the customer turn ON or reboots their red TFC box (syabas STB), they will be notified that a new software is available. For faster fix simply press the reset button on the front of the box near the TFC logo.

2. Customer just need to click "yes" then accept the terms and condition by pressing the "green" button on the remote.

It will only take 1-2 minutes to complete the upgrading process. The instruction are displayed on -screen, customer just need to confirm, to start the process.  Please make sure not to turn off or interrupt the process until the firmware update
